About Taylor

Taylor Reynolds is a relational and collaborative therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and couples who are seeking greater clarity, connection, and meaning in their lives. Her clinical interests include women’s issues, identity development, relationship struggles, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is especially passionate about helping clients explore how early life experiences, belief systems, and social dynamics have shaped their current patterns—and how they can move forward with intention and self-compassion.

Drawing from both Adlerian and person-centered frameworks, Taylor views each client as inherently capable, creative, and striving for belonging and purpose. Therapy with Taylor is built on empathy, encouragement, and collaboration, creating a warm and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. By fostering both insight and self-acceptance, she supports clients in cultivating agency, authenticity, and deeper relational connection.

Her approach integrates trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and person-centered principles, and remains grounded in the belief that each individual has the capacity to change, grow, and create a more fulfilling life. Therapy with Taylor often includes exploring core beliefs, identifying unhelpful patterns, and building insight into how clients can live in greater alignment with their values and goals.

She works collaboratively with clients to foster courage, self-awareness, and relational health—particularly for those navigating identity challenges, emotional wounds, or the pressures of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-criticism.

Taylor Reynolds is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), supervised by Dr. Karla Gomez & Kiki Mccray LPC-S . She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from University of North Texas and her undergraduate degree in Education from  University of Arkansas.
