About Lauren

Lauren is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate at Dallas Therapy Associates, supervised by Dr. Shyann Campana and Angela Bulls, LPC-S. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, with a background shaped by diverse clinical experiences in residential treatment centers, a family crisis center, and a nonprofit community outreach organization. These settings deepened her respect for the complexity of the human experience and the resilience people often uncover through adversity.

Lauren works with teens, adults, and seniors in individual therapy, supporting clients who seek more than just coping skills; they want freedom. Freedom from anxiety, self-criticism, and long-standing patterns that keep them stuck. Her clients are often those longing for deeper connection, clarity in their identity, and the confidence to show up fully in their lives and relationships. They’re ready to do the inner work, to be seen, heard, and supported as they grow into their most authentic selves. Therapy, as Lauren sees it, is the space where that transformation begins.

Her therapeutic style is grounded in a humanistic framework that integrates the mind-body connection, present-moment awareness, and emotional insight. She views the therapeutic relationship as a vital part of healing and specializes in helping individuals explore their boundaries, express their individuality, and reclaim who they truly are. Together, she and her clients work through communication challenges, vulnerability barriers, and emotional patterns that may be impacting relationships, self-worth, or personal growth.
